Adding Questions from the Pool
You can reuse existing questions by adding a question from the pool instead of creating new ones every time. This helps maintain consistency across different forms and saves time during setup. This is useful when working with forms that follow a repeated structure or format.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to add a Question from the Pool on the TAAX Pro platform.
Step 1: Navigate to the left side panel, hover over the “Custom Form Builder” section, then click on the “Add Question from Pool” option.
Step 2: After clicking on the “Add Question from Pool” option, a new screen will open with a General Questions Pool. On this screen, you can move questions to the General Questions section.
Transfer Questions to General Questions Pool
You can transfer questions to the General Questions Pool to reuse them on multiple forms without creating them again each time. It maintains consistency in how you collect information and saves effort when building similar forms in the future. This is helpful when managing a standardized set of questions.
Step 1: Select the appropriate questions that you want to transfer to the general questions pool.
Step 2: Scroll down the page, then click on the “Copy to General Questions” button.
After clicking on the “Copy to General Questions” button, a success message will flash at the top of the screen.
Search a Specific Question
You can search for a specific question to locate what you need without scrolling through the entire list. It’s useful when working with long questionnaires or reusing standard questions. This saves time and keeps your workflow efficient and focused.
Click on the question search bar at the top-right corner of the screen, then enter the question that you want to search.
