Q. How to Cancel My Subscription?
A. If you no longer need to use TAAX Pro or are switching to another tool, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Canceling stops future billing and removes access to subscription-based features, ensuring you’re only charged for the time you’ve used the platform.
Steps to Cancel:
- Click the “Cancel Your Subscription” button in the “Your Membership” modal.
- A screen will appear asking for a cancellation reason. Select the appropriate reason and click “Cancel Subscription.”
- If you change your mind and wish to keep your subscription, simply click “No, I’ll Keep It.”
Canceling your subscription ensures you won’t incur unnecessary charges and can reactivate or choose a different plan in the future if needed.
Q. How to Delete My Account?
A. If you no longer wish to use TAAX Pro, you can permanently delete your account along with all associated data. Deleting your account ensures that your personal and customer information is completely removed from the platform and cannot be recovered. This option is helpful if you are discontinuing services or moving to a different platform.
Steps to Delete Your Account:
- Go to your User Profile page and scroll to the bottom. Click the “Delete Account” button.
- A confirmation screen will appear. Check the box “I Confirm to Delete My Account” and then click the “Delete Account” button to proceed.
Note: Deleting your account is permanent; all your customer data and settings will be erased and cannot be restored. If you decide not to proceed, click “No, I’ll Keep It” to cancel the deletion process.
Deleting your account ensures your data is completely removed for security and privacy purposes, preventing any further access to the platform.
Q. How is my credit card billed in the TAAX Pro App?
A. When you make a payment or renew your subscription in the TAAX Pro App, the charge will appear on your credit card statement as “TAAX APP LLC.” This is the official billing name of the platform, ensuring that all transactions are securely processed and clearly identifiable.
Depending on your subscription plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly), your card will be automatically charged on the scheduled renewal date. You will also receive an invoice or receipt via email for every successful payment, which you can view and download from your account’s Billing or Subscription section.
If you notice any discrepancies or unauthorized charges, you can contact TAAX Pro support for immediate assistance.
Q. Can my clients use my QR code to leave a review?A. Definitely. Your QR code will direct the client to their customer portal where they can leave a review.
Q. When I change my business information does it automatically update on the QR code?
A. Yes. Any changes made will instantly and automatically update across the system.
Q. Can I add new employees to my TAAX App account?
A. Yes. Navigate to the left side panel, hover over the “Employees” section, then click on the “Add Employee” option.
Q. Can my clients make appointments without using the app?
A. Certainly. You can send a preset calendar link directly to their email.
Q. Will each of my employees have their own QR code?
A. Yes. Each employee QR code will direct the customer to the business profile.
Q. Do clients have to use the app to schedule appointments?
A. No. You will have your own calendar link and business url on app

A. The reviews are displayed on the TAAX App Marketplace.
Q. Is the customer app and portal free?
A. Definitely. Your customers will have access to the portal and app at no charge to you or them.
Q. Does my calendar availability update automatically?
A. Yes. The time slots are automatically removed each time a booking is made.
Q. Can the client choose between Virtual or In-Office appointments?
A. For sure. They have the option to select either service at the time of booking.
Q. Can my clients make appointments without using the app?
A. Certainly. You can send a preset calendar link directly to their email.
Q. Can I set my appointment to auto-approve?
A. Yes. You can set your calendar to auto-approve all appointments.
Q. Can I block out days that I do not want to accept appointments?
A. Definitely. You can mark specific dates as unavailable for scheduling. This is helpful during holidays, internal events, and personal leaves.
Q. Does the calendar display both virtual and in-office appointments?
A. Yes. The meeting details will show virtual or in-office for each location and employee.
Q. Will each of my employees have their own calendar?
A. For sure. Each employee will see only their appointments and notifications.
Q. Is there a time limit on the meetings?
A. No.There is no time restrictions on your meetings.
Q. Does the app work on all devices?
A. Yes. Our apps work on both IOS and Android.
Q. Do I have to send a meeting link?
A. No. Our system automatically provides both meeting links and a direct connect button in the customer portal.
Q. Can my clients call me directly from the app?
A. Certainly. You can use your virtual number as a direct dial number and for virtual meetings.
Q. Can each of my employees host their own meetings?
A. Yes. Each employee can host their own meetings.
Q. Can I purchase more than 1 number?
A. Definitely. You can purchase numbers and assign them as direct employee numbers.
Q. Can I create departments for my business?
A. Yes. You can use preset and custom extensions as departments.
Q. Can I add new employees to my TAAX App account?
