How to View Reviews?

Viewing reviews helps you understand how your customer feel about their appointments and services and how they are satisfied. It gives insight into what’s working well and what may need attention. Regularly checking reviews supports quality control and improves future interactions.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to View Reviews on the TAAX Pro platform.

Navigation

You can visit the View Reviews section to access customer feedback submitted on products. This section plays an important role in understanding user experience, identifying potential issues, and tracking overall satisfaction. Navigating to this area helps teams monitor reviews regularly and make informed updates based on real customer input.

Step 1: Navigate to the left side panel, hover the cursor over the reviews section, then click on the “View Reviews” option.


Step 2: A new screen will appear with all the customer reviews on the page.


In every review, you will have 2 options to discover, as discussed below:

Viewing Review’s Appointment Details

Viewing a review’s appointment details gives you information about the Service Name, Service Date, and Service Time Slot. It clarifies the customer experience and allows you to make improvements if needed. Keeping this information visible also supports smooth communication in your team.


Step 1: Click on the Service box (as shown in the image below) to view the review’s appointment details.


Step 2: An appointment details modal will open with the basic details of the appointment related to the customer.

Submitting a Response to a Review

Submitting a response to a review helps acknowledge customer feedback and shows that their opinion is valued. It builds trust, clears up misunderstandings, and sets the tone for future interactions. A thoughtful reply adds professionalism to your communication and encourages customers to leave honest reviews.


Step 1: Click on the “Submit Response” button at the top-right corner of the review.


Step 2: A response modal will open at the top of the screen. Enter your response in the provided space, then click on the “Submit” button.


Step 3: After clicking on the “Submit” button, a success message will flash at the top of the page.

Note: Now you have responded to your customer.
