View Activity Feed

The Activity Feed keeps a log of everything happening across the system, whether it’s a document signed, a form submitted, or an appointment updated. It works like a timeline where you can scroll back and check who did what and when. This helps when multiple team members are working together or when a follow-up needs to be traced.

Instead of guessing what changed, you can view the flow of actions. It's a simple way to maintain accountability, track progress, and stay informed without switching between different modules.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to view the Activity Feed on the TAAX Pro platform.

Step 1: Navigate and click on your profile at the top-right corner of the screen, and select the “Activity Feed” option from the drop-down list. 

Step 2: An activity list will appear on the screen, where you can view all the user activities. Click on the “View Details” button at the end of the activity feed whose details you want to view.

Step 3: An “Activity Overview” modal will open with all the details of the activity feed.

Step 4: Click on the “View Details” button at the bottom of the modal to view more details about that specific activity.

For example, if you have the “Service Updated by Alex” activity on the feed, you can view more details by clicking on the “View Details” button, and you will be navigated to the view service page.

Search Activity By User

Select the user of your interest from the dropdown and click on the “Search” button to view the activity of that user.

Reset Search Filter

You can reset the search filter by clicking on the “Reset” button adjacent to the “Search” button.

Activity Feed Search Bar

Click on the search bar under the Activity Feed heading, then enter the keyword related to the activity you want to search. In the screenshot below, we have entered “Tax” to view the tax-related activities.
