The TAAX Pro Dashboard provides a quick, real-time snapshot of all the core activities of the customers, appointments, and pending tasks, helping you stay organized and efficient. When you first log into the TAAX Pro platform, you're taken directly to the Dashboard Screen.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard includes a table summarizing appointment-related data:

| Today’s Appointments | Showcases the appointments scheduled for the current date. |
| New Appointments | Shows recently added appointments. |
| Total Reviews | Displays the number of completed appointment reviews. |
| Rating | Represents a performance or satisfaction rating (exact metric may vary). |
| Appointments by Services | Shows the distribution of appointments based on service type (e.g., Tax Preparation, Notary). |
| Appointments by Status | Displays appointments grouped by their current status (New, In Progress, Finished, Rejected). |
Appointments
This section offers a focused view of all appointment-related activity, including real-time data on today's scheduled appointments, new appointments, appointments by service, and appointments by status.
Today's Appointments
This section displays all appointments scheduled for the current day. In the example shown, there is no appointment requiring review.
New Appointments
The dashboard tracks recently added appointments in a dedicated section. As shown in the screenshot below, there are no new appointments.
Appointments by Services
Appointments by Services in TAAX Pro allow users to view and filter appointments based on the type of service selected, making it easier to track client interactions across different offerings. The two primary services available are Tax Preparation and Notary.
✅ The Tax Preparation service helps users manage appointments related to preparing and filing taxes. This includes gathering financial documents, reviewing income details, applying deductions, and ensuring compliance with current tax regulations. TAAX Pro smooths this process by enabling appointment scheduling, document sharing, and approval workflows.
✅ The Notary service covers appointments for document notarization, such as legal forms, affidavits, or power of attorney documents. Through TAAX Pro, users can manage these appointments efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and secure processing within the platform.
Appointments by Status
This section organizes appointments by their current status (e.g., 4 rejected, 3 in progress, 10 finished, and 0 new appointments). The status filter helps users identify appointments needing action.
View the Total Reviews
The dashboard maintains a count of all completed appointment reviews (For example, 2 in the image below).
View the Ratings
This rating reflects feedback from the customer's end, for example, a score of 4.8 is displayed, indicating a level of satisfaction with TAAX Pro services.
